Free movies about cars shown outdoors under the stars! This year’s Sundown Film Festival runs Fridays July 16 - August 6. We kick off this year's festival with "The Muppet Movie," rated G. Join us from 5-9 p.m. for $2 museum admission (and see our exhibit “Cars: The Need for Speed”), shop the Museum Store, and enjoy concessions. The movie starts at sundown and is projected on the wall of the Kansas Museum of History, 6425 SW 6th Avenue. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. In the event of rain, we'll move indoors.
